 Through decades of experience in commercial real estate, Tim has forged a reputation of honesty and transactional creativity.  Tim founded Logical Move Commercial Real Estate in 2010 after recognizing the huge void in buyer and tenant advocacy that exists in the industry.  He's successfully contributed to the acquisition of hundreds of millions in commercial property assets across the country during his career, which has engendered an unmatched ability to underwrite investment acquisitions.  Tim has continuously achieved high rankings in client satisfaction, knowledge base, integrity and transparency.  He is an alumnus of the University of Utah, where he retained his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.  Tim is a husband, proud father and outdoor enthusiast and his family resides in Salt Lake City, UT.
